E Smoking?
I tried smoking when I was a teenager, never really learned it and I am glad. I had an uncle who died of lung cancer which was caused by his heavy smoking.
My mom is a smoker too and I have asked her gazillion times already to quit but she said it’s just hard. So I did some research on how to quit smoking and came across e-cigarettes or electronic cigarette , they claim that this is less harmful the normal ciggies… I will read about it furthur and see if this will help my mom gradually stop her bad habit.
