Kettlebell for work outs

What is a Kettlebell ? If you don’t know,your not alone. It is a kind of exercise equipment not as popular as the dumb bell or thread mill.

Kettlebells are ball-shaped iron cast weights with a single looped handle on top. Its weight ranges from two pounds to over 100 pounds. More athletes are in favor of using this training equipment because each exercise has both use muscle joints and muscle groups working together, and the athlete must focus on whole-body building which is the main purpose of using ketllebells. The advice is get a professional trainer and start by using lighter weights then goes higher slowly to prevent injuries.
