Securing a trustworthy house help is very hard, and I know that homemakers can attest to that. It’s either you know the individual you are about to hire personally, or they are backed by people that you trust. Hiring from an agency, needless to say, should be the last resort, as we never know how the employee screening process is conducted there, enough to make us give our full confidence to them. Unless of course, you know of the reputation of the agency and have in the past secured of their services for the said purpose. Bottom line is, it’s not an easy task looking for house help. So when you do find the perfect one for your family, treat that person like one of your own, as respect breeds loyalty.
