We once attended an orientation about vacation timeshare packages. it did look interesting but with hubby’s busy career there was no way we could maximize this. Although the salesperson says that if I buy it, I could always sell my timeshare whenever I want, we felt that it was not something for us. And besides when we want to go on vacation, we would like to see a new place each time we go somewhere.
How about you, do you have a vacation timeshare, what is your experience with it?

hi!
my husband and i got this timeshare / club shares where aside from being able to use the facilities of the resorts here, accommodations in various countries are really cheap!
aside from that, the membership is perpetual, and can be passed on to my children, grandchildren… and if we do decide to sell it, we can exchange them as payment for either a unit or a house and lot.
sounds nice, eh?
cheers!
