			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am ready to become a mom. OMG! Am i really ready for it? I was used to a busy lifestyle, but when I heard my baby&#8217;s heartbeat, I told myself I need to slow down. Part of slowing down would mean less physical activities and more food for the baby.</p>
<p>As the baby grows inside my womb I am also becoming bigger in size. But since I have lesser activities, I have more time to read baby books. At least as I am becoming bigger in size I am also learning better things about my baby. I can always worry about finding the <a href="http://www.bestdietsupplements.org/">best diet supplement</a> later, I am bigger yet being a better person and hopefully the best mom.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I used to be somebody who spends money even if I don&#8217;t have it, meaning I buy stuff without knowing if I can really pay for it. I would tell myself, &#8220;I&#8217;ll figure it out where to get the money when the due comes&#8221;. It did got me in some trouble but thank goodness I was able to resolve it before it escalated to a bigger problem. This incident has taught me a very valuable lesson, do not buy if you don&#8217;t have the money.</p>

If I want something, I work and save for it. I have worked hard the last  two years and with the money I have saved,  I will buy baby stuff  for my future son or daughter. I will give them everything they  need.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Weddings </strong>are so exciting and fun if you are the one getting married. You make arrangements, you plan out your life together as a couple. It sound all very colorful but keep in mind that after all that, life begins.  And while you may have the most amazing marriage, even the sweetest and loyal couple is certain to find the <strong>married life</strong> to be at times, hmmm bit less exciting.</p>
<p>So it is very important that couples keep their marriage as exciting as it was when they were still dating.</p>
<p>1. <strong>Be 	Spontaneous<br />
</strong></p>
<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1220" title="couple" src="http://www.thepinayblogger.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/couple.jpg" alt="couple" width="243" height="165" />After awhile, we grow very comfortable in the relationship and with so many life’s obligations that we will get, we have the tendency to rely upon the strength of our relationships and in so doing fail to keep things spontaneous.</p>
<p>So to mix things up a bit, plan an evening event that is totally new.  Try the action movie your husband has been dying to see, or visit that new a fashion show with your wife.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Never threat the other with separation</strong></p>
<p>A relationship can only remain exciting and long lasting only if both parties are confident in their commitment to each other. Make it a rule between yourselves that you never threaten <strong>divorce or separation</strong>. Understand that any relationship has its ups and downs which are a part of all marriages, so don&#8217;t decide right away that it&#8217;s not fixable.</p>
<p>3.<strong> Go away on the weekends<br />
</strong></p>
<p>One great way to inject some romance into your marriage is to take a short vacation with just the two of you. I know  with the difficult times, a full-blown vacation can seem hard to justify.  You can simply plan a dinner and evening out, and cap it off with a night in a hotel.  The expense isn’t a lot considering the excitement that a trip, no matter how small, can bring into a relationship.</p>
<p>4.	<strong>Spice up the bedroom</strong></p>
<p>It is neccessary to bring excitement into any relationship. Spice things up in the bedroom if you will.  Your sex life has a strong correlation with the strength and satisfaction of your relationship. <p>We have been living in our condo for several months now and I have only been to the pool once or twice before my life changing decision.The facilities in our condo is really superb, the Ladies Toilet is complete with <a href="http://www.handdryersandmore.com/">hand dryers</a>, lockers and a sauna.</p>
<p>So if you are wondering where I am at &#8211; I am probably doing some laps <img src='http://www.thepinayblogger.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>

<p><strong>Clear Thinking Tips:</strong></p>
<p><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-1139" title="walk on the beach" src="http://thepinayblogger.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/walk-on-the-beach-300x220.jpg" alt="walk on the beach" width="249" height="182" />1. <strong>Take a nice walk -</strong> It&#8217;s a wonderful way to improve the quality of your thinking, but don&#8217;t wait for the proof. Aren&#8217;t there enough other reasons to take a walk anyhow?</p>
<p>2. <strong>Avoid sugar</strong> &#8211; If you want to understand what brain fog is, eat a sugary donut on an empty stomach, then do math problems twenty minutes later. What you will experience, along with the &#8220;sugar blues,&#8221; is brain fog. At least lay off sugar and simple carbohydrates when you need to think clearly.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Organized space</strong> is equals to clear thinking. It&#8217;s rare that a person can actually work better in clutter. Organized working space means you won&#8217;t have the thought &#8220;where is that&#8230;&#8221; distracting your mind.</p>
<p>4. <strong>Get better sleep</strong>. Sleep requirements vary, but the minimum for most is somewhere around five hours. Some <img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-1134" title="sleep" src="http://thepinayblogger.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/sleep-300x200.jpg" alt="sleep" width="164" height="109" />suffer if they sleep less than eight hours. The research, however, indicates that after a certain minimum quantity, the quality of sleep is more important to normal brain function.</p>
<p>5.<strong> Try meditating</strong>. No time? Just close your eyes, relax, and watch your breath for a while. Accept that your mind will wander, but continually return your attention to your breath. Five minutes of this, and afterward you&#8217;ll feel a boost in your brainpower.</p>
<p>6. <strong>Resolve your &#8220;mind irritations&#8221;</strong>. Watch your busy brain. Maybe a call you need to make has been bothering you, just below consciousness. Find these stressors, and do something to let them go. For example, make that call, or put it on a list, and your mind will let go of it for now. Just seeing a problem and saying, &#8220;There&#8217;s nothing I can do about this until Friday,&#8221; will often stop unconscious worrying.</p>
<p>7. <strong>Try not to drink alcohol</strong>. At least don&#8217;t drink too much. While moderate amounts can be conducive to creative thinking, all the evidence says that it is bad for the long-term health of your brain.</p>
<p>8. <strong>Go on a vacation -</strong> Go somewhere tropic like the Philippines or <a href="http://bookit.com/caribbean/dominican-republic/">dominican republic</a>. Taking a break from your normal environment will surely help you get refreshed and rejuvenated. When you get back you will be as good as new.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-1135" title="thinking" src="http://thepinayblogger.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/thinking-200x300.jpg" alt="thinking" width="98" height="148" />9. <strong>Get some fresh air.</strong> Go outside and breath deeply through your nose. You&#8217;ll get a good dose of oxygen to your brain, and the change of surroundings can help clear your mind.</p>
<p>10. <strong>Satisfy your physical needs</strong>. Clear thinking is easier if you aren&#8217;t too hungry, thirsty, or hot.</p>
<p>You can think more clearly starting today. There are certainly more than ten ways, but you really only need to make a few of them a habit to have a more powerful brain. Why not try one or two right now?</p>
