This time it’s 30 Rock’s star Alec Baldwin. And to think that he is a U.N. goodwill ambassador!

Did we miss the joke here? The Philippine government should really do something about this – this is not funny at all.

And for your information – if you see a Filipina woman with a westerner, it  doesn not mean she is a mail order bride!
