I am sure we all want to be healthy right … I know I do because I love life. I love being alive and spending my time with my hubby and hopefully soon with a bunch of children.

I am not much of an exerciser but I do try to eat healthy. I try to have at least 5 different types of fruit and vegetable a day.

In the morning I would squeeze some fresh orange juice for vitamin C.

And around mid morning I’ll have some fruit platter of whatever fruit I have bought in the supermarket. An example is Kiwi and Papaya.

Kiwi and papaya are two colorful fruits have an alluring and interesting aspect about them that can help flip the switch.

These fruits are fully loaded with antioxidants that can help fend off heart disease and cancers. Papaya is rich in beta-carotene and high in fiber.

Did you know that Kiwi actually has more vitamin C in it than an orange?

On lunch or dinner, I will make sure that I have at least one type of veggie and then some more fruits for dessert.

If you don’t have plenty of time on your hands to go to the supermarket, you could also buy a couple of canned fruit cocktails. Fresh is always better of course but if you lack time this is a good alternative.

On top of these I also do take a few extra nutritional health supplements like Calcium as I don’t drink milk.

What about you, what do you do to stay healthy? Would love to hear about it.
